My PC is idle, CPU usage is jumping from 1-3% but temperatures from 53-64, and that makes my CPU cooling to change the speed every minute, making changing noise. I used this same CPU, RAM and Mobo in many builds here and the xmp profile works just fine without any additional tweaks Save changes and reboot now, and do stress testing for 4 hours or so.
